Senior Admissions Leader Interviews

We are seeking senior admissions leaders whose institutions adopted a test-optional standardized testing policy after March 2020 and can speak about their experiences implementing these new policies.

To be eligible for the interview, participants must be either:

• A current director or dean in college admissions or equivalent working at a selective public or private nonprofit, four-year institution with admission rates at 50% or lower and have at least 4 years of professional full-time experience in college admissions.

• A former director or dean of college admissions or equivalent who worked prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic (2019-2022) at a selective public or private nonprofit four-year institution with admission rates of 50% or lower and have at least 4 years of professional full-time experience in college admissions.
